General information
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order using the original method of payment.
Shipment schedule
If you have placed your order before 12pm CET and it’s in stock your order will be shipped the same day. If you have placed your order after 12pm CET and it’s in stock your order will be shipped the next morning. All orders placed on Saturday after 12 pm CET will be shipped Monday morning. Please note we do not ship on Sundays.
Delivery Time & Prices
All orders are tracked and sent by first class delivery. It is free shipping within the Netherlands. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.
Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered.
International Deliveries

* Belgium is free shipping.
* Europe, United Kingdom & Ireland – between €7,75 and € 12,00 with delivery estimated in 3-5 working days*.
* Outside Europe between € 11,00 and € 23,00 with delivery estimated in 5-18 working days*.
Please note this delivery charge covers up to a maximum weight of 2 kg.

Damaged Items in Transport
